Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Corporate Secretarial, you will serve as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their entities remain in full statutory compliance. You will handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties while liaising with regulatory bodies like the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia, maintaining high standards of service delivery and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding corporate secretarial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
  • Supervise and coach team members to enhance their performance.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain corporate records and documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on corporate governance practices.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service delivery.

Job Requirements

Possess CGI (ICSA) Qualification and active membership with MAICSA.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in professional firms or public listed companies.

Thorough knowledge of Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements, and Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance.

Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising, coaching, and training staff.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
