The Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial is responsible for ensuring clients' entities remain in full statutory compliance. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio while supervising and coaching team members to enhance their performance.
As an Assistant Manager in Corporate Secretarial, you will serve as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their entities remain in full statutory compliance. You will handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties while liaising with regulatory bodies like the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia, maintaining high standards of service delivery and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess CGI (ICSA) Qualification and active membership with MAICSA.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in professional firms or public listed companies.
Thorough knowledge of Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements, and Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance.
Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising, coaching, and training staff.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
