Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area, OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to handle employee questions and concerns.
Knowledge of restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.
Experience in guest interaction and managing feedback.
Competence in supervising staff and operations.
