Job Description

In the day-to-day work environment at AAAMS Aviation Commercial, Network Planning department in RedQ, the Assistant Manager will consult and lead various projects aimed at enhancing airline operations. The role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic consulting and business analysis.
  • Perform data analytics and derive insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage and deliver projects effectively within set timelines.
  • Oversee communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes and analytics capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Optimize airline performance through data-driven strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering.

4–7 years of experience in aviation consulting, strategy, or business analytics, ideally within or for an airline.

Proven track record managing cross-functional or transformation projects.

Advanced analytical and modelling skills (Excel, SQL, Python/R preferred).

Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).

Familiarity with aviation data sources (OAG, MIDT, Cirium, Sabre).

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
