Job Description

In the Assistant Manager-Property Management role at Eastern & Oriental Berhad, you will engage in daily operations that contribute to the overall management of properties in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth property handovers and address any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address owners' feedback professionally.
  • Monitor building defects documentation.
  • Coordinate with departments and contractors.
  • Prepare for property handovers.
  • Organize briefings to resolve handover issues.
  • Establish procedures for defect list management.
  • Maintain relationships with local authorities and residents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property management regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Building and Facilities Management, Property Management or related field.

At least 4 years solid experience in managing high rise facilities and customer service in property industry.

Experience in defects rectification is an advantage.

Knowledge of building defects.

Well versed in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and possess initiative.
