
The Assistant Manager-Property Management is responsible for enhancing living experiences and overseeing property-related tasks. This role significantly impacts the management of high-rise facilities and ensures compliance with property regulations in a dynamic office environment.
In the Assistant Manager-Property Management role at Eastern & Oriental Berhad, you will engage in daily operations that contribute to the overall management of properties in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth property handovers and address any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor Degree in Building and Facilities Management, Property Management or related field.
At least 4 years solid experience in managing high rise facilities and customer service in property industry.
Experience in defects rectification is an advantage.
Knowledge of building defects.
Well versed in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and possess initiative.
