
The Assistant Manager-Research Centres Operations is responsible for managing the full spectrum of research administration matters for the University’s Research Centres. This role involves collaborating with the Directors of each Research Centre to ensure effective administrative and operational support while adhering to compliance standards.
In this role, you will engage in daily operations that support the research activities of the University’s Research Centres. You will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth administrative processes and ensure timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
A recognized university degree in Administration, Management, Research Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative or research support experience, preferably in higher education or research environments.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with research management systems.
