Assistant Manager-Research Centres Operations at Taylor's College - Selangor

The Assistant Manager-Research Centres Operations is responsible for managing the full spectrum of research administration matters for the University’s Research Centres. This role involves collaborating with the Directors of each Research Centre to ensure effective administrative and operational support while adhering to compliance standards.

In this role, you will engage in daily operations that support the research activities of the University’s Research Centres. You will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth administrative processes and ensure timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage research administration matters for the University’s Research Centres.
• Liaise with Directors to provide operational and reporting support.
• Ensure compliance with institutional and external policies.
• Coordinate research activities and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for research projects.
• Assist in the development of research proposals and grant applications.
• Monitor and report on research centre performance metrics.
