Job Description

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will engage with customers daily, addressing their needs and inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Area Supervisor to manage store operations and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and requirements.
  • Utilize specialized Ninja software for daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the Area Supervisor on store management.
  • Manage store social media and Google accounts.
  • Gather sales leads and close prospects.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification with relevant industry experience.

At least 1 year of experience working in retail environments.

Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Proven track record in meeting and exceeding operational or sales goals.

Must possess own transportation.
