Job Description
As an Operations & Control Tower Intern at Ninja Van, you will support daily administrative tasks and maintain operational trackers to ensure data accuracy. You will monitor order flows, track SLA performance, and identify operational exceptions to facilitate smooth delivery processes. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating between warehouse and transport teams while performing data analysis to support reporting and operational reviews.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex operational processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for team collaboration.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and digital dashboards.
Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and handle ad-hoc reporting.
