A regional logistics leader is seeking a Finance Intern to support daily financial operations and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will handle payment processing, customer data management, and documentation to ensure smooth cashflow and reporting.
As a Finance Intern, you will be responsible for offsetting incoming payments within the system and updating cashflow records. You will maintain the Dispute Log and assist in vetting and adding new customers or shippers to the platform. Additionally, the role involves managing email correspondence with shippers regarding requested documentation, sending out invoices and credit notes, and supporting the team with various ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks.
Bachelor's Degree, Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite (Spreadsheet & Forms).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Possess own transportation for low-frequency travel.
