
The Assistant Tax Manager is responsible for supporting the financial reporting processes with a focus on tax matters and fixed assets. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance and accuracy in tax-related activities while contributing to the organization's tax planning and risk management efforts.
In this role, the Assistant Tax Manager will engage in daily tasks that involve reviewing financial documents and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various departments to achieve strategic tax objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in taxation.
Knowledge in corporate tax compliance, indirect taxation, transfer pricing, advisory and planning.
Ability to establish priorities and work within tight deadlines.
Proactive, independent and detail-oriented.
Possess a pleasant personality and a willingness to learn.
