
The Assistant, Warehouse Admin is responsible for managing data entry related to inbound and outbound warehouse processes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate inventory management and supporting the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
In this role, you will engage in daily tasks that involve data entry and inventory management within a collaborative team environment. You will ensure that goods receiving is updated in the system and assist in various inventory-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Able to read and communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in an Administrative, Production-related field will have an added advantage.
Strong time management skills.
Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Possess leadership qualities.
