Role Summary

The Associate Business Support Specialist (Vietnamese Bilingual) is responsible for supporting the Source to Settle (STS) processes within the Global Business Solutions organization. This role involves managing STS-related queries and ensuring compliance while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Job Description

In this role, the Associate Business Support Specialist will engage in day-to-day operations that include handling employee purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payments. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills to address various customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage STS-related queries for internal and external customers.
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of cases through phone and case management tools.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Demonstrate initiative in resolving issues and improving processes.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and feedback.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields preferred.

1 year demonstrated work experience within General Accounting and/or Finance Shared Services, customer services, or Source to Settle preferred but not mandatory.

Business-level fluency in English (oral and written) is required.

Proficiency in Vietnamese language (written and spoken) is required.

Strong diligence, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
