Job Description

The Associate Business Support Specialist (Vietnamese Bilingual) is a role within the Global Business Solutions organization focused on supporting the Source to Settle (STS) processes, including employee purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payments. Reporting to the STS Service and Relationship Delivery Support Manager, the specialist is responsible for managing STS-related queries for internal and external customers, ensuring timely and efficient handling of cases through both phone and case management tools while adhering to compliance requirements and service level agreements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields preferred.

1 year demonstrated work experience within General Accounting and/or Finance Shared Services, customer services, or Source to Settle preferred but not mandatory.

Business-level fluency in English (oral and written) is required.

Proficiency in Vietnamese language (written and spoken) is required.

Understanding of STS and surrounding processes.

Strong diligence, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Continuous improvement mindset.

Customer-focused and results-driven approach.

Sense of urgency in task completion.

Demonstrates initiative.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment including sharing knowledge, expertise, and giving and receiving feedback.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain focus through change or uncertainty.

Customer service mindset.

Experience with SAP ECC and Ariba is desired.

Experience with case management tools such as ServiceNow is beneficial.

Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
