
The Professional Sales Representative (Johor Based) is responsible for achieving strategic sales objectives and managing relationships within the assigned territory. This role significantly impacts the promotion and sales of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with company processes.
In this role, you will engage with healthcare professionals to promote and sell pharmaceutical products, while planning and optimizing sales performance. You will execute marketing and promotional activities to achieve sales targets and maintain ethical standards in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, Science, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the industry.
Experience in NMBA, Antibiotic, and Anti-fungal is an added advantage.
Strong presentation skills and a positive attitude.
Proven relationship-building skills with a strong customer focus.
Good track record in sales with a history of achieving results.
Self-driven and proactive in managing cross-functional dynamics.
