Specialist, Meeting Compliance & Disclosure (Transparency Reporting) – Merck Sharp & Dohme

The Specialist, Meeting Compliance & Disclosure (Transparency Reporting) is responsible for preparing transparency reports in compliance with company policies and guidelines. This role supports global markets' data stewards in meeting EFPIA and local country reporting requirements related to the indirect transfer of value.

In this role, you will engage in the preparation of transparency reports and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with reporting requirements. You will work within a dynamic environment that emphasizes process excellence and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare transparency reports in accordance with company policies and guidelines. - Support global markets' data stewards in meeting EFPIA and local country reporting requirements. - Collaborate with the Global Meeting Compliance & Disclosure Manager on compliance initiatives. - Analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements. - Maintain documentation and records related to compliance activities. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
