The Global Meeting Compliance & Disclosure Specialist is responsible for preparing transparency reports in compliance with company policies and guidelines. The role involves supporting global markets' data stewards to meet reporting requirements related to the indirect transfer of value, under the supervision of the Global Meeting Compliance & Disclosure Manager within the Cards, Meeting & Expense function.
The Specialist, Meeting Compliance & Disclosure (Transparency Reporting) is responsible for preparing transparency reports in compliance with company policies and guidelines. This role supports global markets' data stewards in meeting EFPIA and local country reporting requirements related to the indirect transfer of value. Reporting to the Global Meeting Compliance & Disclosure Manager, this specialist works within the Cards, Meeting & Expense function under the Business Process Excellence Area of Practice.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Science, Economy, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, finance, or business administration.
Intermediate skills in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications like Power Apps, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is an advantage.
Skills in Lean Six Sigma, Marco, Power BI, or Automation UI Path are preferred.
Strong attention to detail and orientation towards process improvement.
Basic understanding and practical knowledge of finance processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed team.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Positive, proactive attitude with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience with SAP and other software platforms like Veeva, CVENT, Appian, and Service Now is preferred.
Experience in an audit or Big 4 environment is an advantage.
Ability to navigate change and prioritize effectively.
Broad knowledge of meeting types and internal procedures related to congresses, travel, and payments.
Experience working in a global environment.
