
The Associate, Client Services (Japanese Speaker) is responsible for providing advanced application support to clients. This role focuses on the software business within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, supporting S&P Global's Enterprise Solutions used by financial institutions.
In this role, you will engage with clients daily, providing technical support and ensuring their satisfaction with our software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a finance-related field.
0-1 years of experience in providing technical support for enterprise software applications.
Experience in the financial services industry or private markets systems is advantageous.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Proficiency in Excel is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills in English.
