The Associate, Consulting (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for managing the onboarding of Private Equity and Venture Capital clients to the iLEVEL platform. This role involves collaborating with global Project Managers to customize services and ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
As an Implementation Associate in the Private Markets Consulting team, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve interpreting complex financial reports and configuring client portals. You will work closely with clients and project managers to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for Private Equity and Venture Capital clients.
- Collaborate with global Project Managers to customize portfolio monitoring services.
- Interpret complex financial reports, including valuations and fund analytics.
- Configure client portals according to specific requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to ensure high-quality results.
- Facilitate client working sessions effectively.
- Handle confidential data with integrity and professionalism.
Job Requirements
Graduation in Finance or equivalent Post Graduate Degree.
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles or project management.
Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions.
Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Private Equity, and Financial Accounting.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work under minimal supervision.
