The Associate, Corporate Secretarial KL is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client companies and ensuring all corporate secretarial functions are performed to a high standard. This role involves maintaining statutory books, handling government filings, and providing compliance advice under supervision.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day corporate secretarial tasks within a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with clients and team members to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and assist with various administrative duties.
