The Associate, Market Outreach role is part of a central sales development team focused on operational excellence within the enterprise marketing organization. This team works globally to drive revenue and pipeline through collaboration, leveraging sales development strategies, including channel development, inbound sales qualification, and outreach activities such as cold calls and emails. The role involves utilizing AI and automation technologies to enhance sales outreach and marketing pipeline mastery, supporting the organization’s growth and operational success.
Excellent communication skills with some experience in sales development or business development.
Degree in business, marketing, or sales at the bachelor's or master's level.
Willingness to work in the EMEA shift, specifically from 7pm to 4am MY Time, and support EMEA/AMER shifts during critical business needs.
Ability to think critically and make rapid decisions.
Experience exceeding KPIs in quota-based roles.
Flexibility for a hybrid work setup, working two days in the office and three days from home weekly.
