The role involves communicating effectively with guests and other departments to meet guest needs and fulfill special banquet event arrangements. The supervisor manages the setup of banquet areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to company standards, and resolves any issues related to table setups. This position also includes assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees. The supervisor supports a positive working environment, enforces company safety and security policies, and ensures professional guest interactions and adherence to quality standards. Physical tasks and other reasonable duties may be required as requested.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
