Role Summary
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages. This role plays a crucial part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers while ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
Job Description
As a Barista, you will engage in daily tasks that involve preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will also manage customer payments and stock arrangements, contributing to the overall efficiency of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages.
- Ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and equipment.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Handle customer payments accurately.
- Manage stock arrangements and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
Non-Barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
A valuable team player and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Aged 18 years and above based on date of birth.
Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
