Role Summary
The Barista (Part Time) is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages. This role involves engaging with customers and maintaining high service quality in a dynamic café environment.
Job Description
As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Your daily tasks will include maintaining cleanliness in work areas, engaging with customers, processing payments, and managing stock arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage stock arrangements to ensure availability of products.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
Non-Barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
A valuable team player and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Aged 18 years and above based on the date of birth.
Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
