Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day design and development of the BASE24 Classic payments platform, focusing on core components such as authorization, settlement, and transaction monitoring. You will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure the platform's robustness and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of the BASE24 Classic payments platform.
- Drive strategic initiatives including tokenization and migration to BASE24 eps.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to enhance platform security.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce coding and security standards.
- Handle production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Continuously improve development processes and tools.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technical documentation is up to date.
Job Requirements
Extensive experience in software development, preferably in payments platform engineering.
Strong skills in handling production issues and applying long-term fixes.
Ability to mentor junior developers.
Proficient in technical documentation and stakeholder coordination.
Knowledge of transaction authorization, settlement, and payment technologies.
