The Strategic Engagement Executive UK&I at Cognizant will lead and manage complex mega deals valued at $50M or more within the Strategic Sales practice. This role involves positioning Cognizant's multi-tower solutions to create value for clients by effectively structuring and executing deals. The executive will be responsible for deal leadership from initial engagement to closure, articulating value propositions, managing pricing and solution architecture, coordinating multiple pursuits, and maintaining strong client relationships.
15+ years of experience in strategic sales or complex deal management.
MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.
Demonstrated success in closing multiple 50M+ USD deals.
Experience in multi-tower solution sales.
Strong background in IT services industry.
Proven track record in leading and closing mega deals (50M+ USD).
Strong understanding of complex pricing models and solution architectures.
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication.
Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
Deep knowledge of IT services industry and digital transformation.
Strong negotiation and influence skills.
Ability to work effectively in matrix organization.
Legal authorization to work in the UK without company sponsorship.
Residence within commuting distance of the City of London.
