In this role, you will engage in the daily review of user-generated content, evaluating explicit and sensitive materials to uphold community standards. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze user-generated content to identify policy violations.
- Flag explicit and sensitive materials for further action.
- Maintain quality standards while evaluating potentially disturbing content.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent moderation practices.
- Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior.
- Assist in the development of moderation guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance moderation skills.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of professional work experience, preferably from the BPO industry.
Diploma or higher qualification.
Fluent in Indonesian and English.
Moderate to high proficiency in using Google products including YouTube, Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive.
Knowledgeable about channels that provide on-demand video content.
Experience with confidential information collection and management is preferable.
