Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) Consultant at STRATEQ - Selangor

The Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing BC/DR frameworks tailored to Strateq Data Centre operations and client requirements. This role involves conducting assessments, leading simulations, and ensuring compliance to safeguard business continuity.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include designing BC/DR frameworks, conducting awareness sessions, and leading simulations to validate recovery procedures. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that business continuity measures are effectively implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement BC/DR frameworks tailored to Strateq Data Centre operations and client requirements.
• Conduct BCM awareness sessions for internal teams and clients as needed.
• Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive BCM plans.
• Lead regular BC/DR simulations and testing to validate recovery procedures.
• Document recovery processes and update plans based on lessons learned.
• Act as the BCM representative for audits and support compliance reviews.
