
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving luxury client consultation and strategic business development. This role operates within a showroom environment, focusing on high-net-worth clients and building B2B relationships with interior design firms and architects.
In this role, you will engage with clients in a luxurious showroom setting, managing the entire sales process while providing expert consultation on interior styling and furniture layout. You will also ensure the showroom maintains an exceptional standard to reflect a luxury ambience.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in retail, property, automotive, or insurance for RM 3,000 basic salary.
Minimum 3+ years of proven track record in luxury retail or high-end real estate for RM 4,000 basic salary with proof of previous sales achievements required.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
Consultative and polished sales style, focusing on selling a lifestyle.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transport for client site visits.
