The Business Development Executive role based in Selangor, Malaysia, involves providing luxury client consultation and strategic business development within a showroom environment. The position includes managing the end-to-end sales process, consulting high-net-worth clients on interior styling and furniture layout, and building B2B trade accounts with Interior Design firms and Architects. The role also requires mastering product technical specifications and maintaining showroom excellence to ensure a luxury ambience.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in retail, property, automotive, or insurance for RM 3,000 basic salary.
Minimum 3+ years of proven track record in luxury retail or high-end real estate for RM 4,000 basic salary with proof of previous sales achievements required.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
Sales style must be consultative and polished, selling a lifestyle, not just furniture.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transport for client site visits.
Availability for an additional one day off every month on top of existing day offs.
