The position requires organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask and work independently.
As an Admin Executive, you will support the smooth functioning of daily office and department operations. Your role involves tracking and documenting project files and departmental documentation, providing general administrative support including coordinating events and meetings, managing calendar schedules, maintaining filing systems and office supplies, handling day-to-day clerical tasks and information requests, assisting the Head of Department with travel and meeting arrangements, and acting as a liaison between your department and other teams or external partners.
Diploma, Advanced, or Graduate qualification in any field, preferably Business or Administration.
Approximately 1 year of related experience at entry to junior level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
