The Accounting Executive (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for handling full set accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. The role involves preparing monthly management accounts such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis, while ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing processes. This position also covers financial reporting and analysis duties, including producing accurate financial reports, monitoring company cash flow and credit control, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing insights for improving profitability and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role manages taxation and compliance with various statutory requirements, oversees internal controls and accounting processes, supervises inventory and costing accuracy, manages banking and treasury functions, and provides leadership and collaboration with junior staff and other departments.
