The position requires a dynamic leader to drive merchant acquisition and growth strategies for ShopeeFood in East Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience, team leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.
In this role, you will lead a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive merchant growth in East Malaysia. Your responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing relationships with local F&B businesses. You will also develop strategies to enhance merchant engagement and ensure operational goals are met while focusing on team performance and satisfaction.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development
Proven leadership skills in managing teams
Strong knowledge of the local F&B market
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or Chinese is a plus
Willingness to work on-ground during peak periods
