The Cafe Management Trainee supports daily café operations to ensure smooth service and a positive customer experience. This role involves assisting in supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards, and supporting staff scheduling and training. Additionally, the trainee helps with sales reporting, stock monitoring, and inventory coordination, while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families. The position includes learning management skills, working closely with the management team, and participating in initiatives to improve café operations.

Prior experience in café, restaurant, or service industry is an advantage.
Passion for F&B, customer service, and working in a family-friendly/kids café environment.
Good leadership potential, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
Structured training will be provided.
