The Cafe Manager at Drury Heritage Cafe Lounge is tasked with the day-to-day execution of cafe operations, focusing on guest interactions and team dynamics. The manager plays a crucial role in supporting food and beverage preparation while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
3–5 years of experience in food and beverage or retail operations with team leadership experience.
Preferred experience in cafe, lounge, or bar environments.
Familiarity with local authority regulations including DBKL, Bomba, and Health Department.
Experience in hiring and supervising staff.
Proficiency in operating POS systems and inventory management tools.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
