The Service Crew at Drury Heritage Cafe Lounge engages in day-to-day operations that involve direct interaction with customers and teamwork to provide a seamless dining experience. The role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Support service flow during busy and non-busy periods.
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions.
- Collaborate with team members across different zones.
- Ensure compliance with food safety SOPs.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and a neat appearance.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in food and beverage is preferred.
Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese, or additional foreign languages is an advantage.
Must demonstrate high integrity and reliability.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using inventory logs and staff scheduling tools.
