The Service Crew at Drury Heritage Cafe Lounge plays an essential role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment. This hands-on role involves supporting service flow during busy and non-busy periods, assisting multiple teams, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable at all times.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in food and beverage is preferred but passion and attitude are more important.
Provide friendly service and remain calm under pressure.
Maintain clean and food-safe work habits and knowledge of food safety SOPs.
Be proficient in using POS systems, inventory logs, and staff scheduling tools.
Be a self-starter, highly organized, reliable, and demonstrate high integrity.
Maintain high personal cleanliness, clean uniform, and neat appearance.
Be willing to support teammates and work across different zones.
Be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese, or additional foreign languages is an advantage.
