The Finance & Administrative Executive at Drury Heritage Cafe Lounge will manage the financial and administrative functions critical to the cafe's operations in Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown. The role involves handling daily documentation, accounting tasks, HR files, regulatory compliance, supplier invoices, payment scheduling, petty cash management, procurement records, and staff documentation. The executive will support both back-office functions and occasionally assist with cafe floor operations during audits, stock counts, or busy periods.
1–2 years finance, admin or operations support experience.
Experience in the F&B industry is a bonus.
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic POS systems.
Must be a self-starter and highly organized.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
High integrity is required.
Reliable follow-through skills are necessary.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese and foreign languages is an advantage due to supplier, logistics, and neighborhood interactions.
