Job Description
In this role, the analyst will handle daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational responsibilities within a dynamic work environment. The focus will be on maximizing efficiency and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation and expense payments.
- Process invoices and perform reconciliation tasks.
- Collaborate with custodians and prime brokers.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Support internal teams with operational queries.
- Enhance operational processes for efficiency.
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
