The Capital Market Ops Analyst (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for performing and managing tasks within the Shared Services team and other client-related teams. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely operational processes while mitigating risks.
Job Description
In this role, the analyst will handle daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational responsibilities within a dynamic work environment. The focus will be on maximizing efficiency and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation and expense payments.
- Process invoices and perform reconciliation tasks.
- Collaborate with custodians and prime brokers.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
