Job Description
The Capital Market Ops Analyst (Japanese Speaking) will be responsible for performing and managing tasks within the Shared Services team and other client-related teams. The role involves handling daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational responsibilities with a focus on maximizing efficiency and timeliness while mitigating risks. The analyst will work with various stakeholders including custodians, prime brokers, and internal teams to manage documentation, expense payments, invoice processing, reconciliation tasks, and reporting.
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
Ability to work collaboratively within teams and with external partners.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
Basic knowledge of capital markets operations.
Proactive mindset with an ability to approach work innovatively and entrepreneurially.
