As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional specializing in HR Transformation, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include developing learning strategies, managing change initiatives, and supporting clients in their HR transformation journeys. You will work in a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with HR processes and transformation methodologies.
Understanding of organizational change management principles.
Experience in managing HR transformation programs is a plus.
