As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional specializing in HR Transformation, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include developing learning strategies, managing change initiatives, and supporting clients in their HR transformation journeys. You will work in a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop learning strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
- Support clients in the implementation of HR transformation programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Analyze client requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR transformation efforts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with HR processes and transformation methodologies.
Understanding of organizational change management principles.
Experience in managing HR transformation programs is a plus.
