The Capital Market Ops Analyst will engage in daily operational responsibilities, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth processes and effective communication. The work environment is dynamic, requiring interaction with multiple stakeholders and a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational tasks.
- Oversee documentation markets and paperwork for fund launches.
- Liaise with internal and external providers regarding invoices.
- Review and process invoice payment instructions.
- Perform reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Manage expense payment processes efficiently.
- Generate and manage various internal reports.
