Job Description
The Technical Engineer (Electrical) will engage in daily preventive and remedial maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal performance of electrical systems within a data centre environment. The role demands quick response to equipment breakdowns and collaboration with senior technical staff on various maintenance and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and remedial maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues promptly.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns at any time.
- Assist senior technical staff with electrical maintenance and audit tasks.
- Provide standby support for specific electrical activities.
- Install and commission electrical systems as required.
- Continuously learn and apply relevant engineering skills.
- Prepare maintenance documentation and reports.
- Execute other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant professional certification.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning and execution.
Ability to contribute effective solutions to solve issues.
Positive and aggressive working attitude with critical thinking skills.
Good team player and able to work independently.
