Role Summary
This role is for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing complex strategic projects and initiatives. The individual will manage project planning, monitoring, team coordination, and ensure milestones are met while liaising with clients and subcontractors.
Job Description
The role involves managing the planning, organizing, and implementation of complex strategic projects and initiatives. The individual will monitor project implementation plans, review progress against plans, report results to management, lead and coordinate project teams, develop and monitor project plans, ensure project milestones are met according to schedule and budget, and oversee inspections and tests based on contract specifications. The role also includes coordinating interfacing activities with various sub-contractors, liaising with clients, handling progress payment submissions, and performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural, Construction, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in Interior Design Renovation, fit-out, or a related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Possess own transport.
Well spoken and writing in English, familiar with Microsoft Project.
