Role Summary

The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, organizing, and implementation of complex strategic projects and initiatives. This role significantly impacts project success by ensuring that milestones are met on schedule and within budget while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Job Description

In this role, you will manage day-to-day project activities, monitor progress, and lead project teams in a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project specifications and client requirements are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project implementation plans and monitor progress against established timelines.
  • Report project results to management and stakeholders regularly.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget.
  • Oversee inspections and tests based on contract specifications.
  • Coordinate interfacing activities with various sub-contractors.
  • Liaise with clients to address project-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle progress payment submissions and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural, Construction, or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience in Interior Design Renovation, fit-out, or a related field.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Possess own transport.

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
