Role Summary

Job Description
In this position, you will work closely with the IT Manager to coordinate various IT initiatives and provide technical support to the team. You will be involved in troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, and managing vendor relationships to ensure optimal IT performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing IT strategies and policies.
- Manage and coordinate IT projects and initiatives.
- Supervise IT staff, providing guidance and training.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT problems.
- Maintain IT systems and ensure their reliability.
- Support project management activities and documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships and track IT expenses.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect IT infrastructure.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management of System Introduction in the Finance Industry.
Adequate knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security.
Proficient in IT systems, SQL, and Database management.
Experience with project management and vendor management is a plus.
