Role Summary
The Chatbot Intern is responsible for understanding and enhancing Shopee's chatbot functionalities. This role involves collaboration with various teams to improve user experience and operational efficiency within the e-commerce environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve developing and managing chatbot models and tools. You will work closely with different teams to analyze data and implement improvements to the chatbot's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage chatbot models and tools.
- Collaborate with teams to identify contact drivers.
- Propose enhancements to improve chatbot functionalities.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Perform user acceptance testing for new features.
- Maintain communication with BPO partners for feedback.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for chatbot performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product testing, product management, or data analysis.
Prior experience in e-commerce environments.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google tools.
Strong communication and analytical skills in English.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
