Job Description
In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of Shopee's chatbot functionalities. You will develop and manage models and tools, collaborate with various teams to identify contact drivers, and propose enhancements to improve chatbot capabilities. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis, perform user acceptance testing, and maintain communication with BPO partners to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product testing, product management, or data analysis.
Prior experience in e-commerce environments.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google tools.
Strong communication and analytical skills in English.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
