Job Description

The Chef de Partie - Pastry is responsible for preparing special meals, ensuring proper food portioning, arrangement, and garnish, and regulating cooking equipment such as ovens and grills. This role includes maintaining food quality and quantity, preparing food according to recipes and standards, assisting management with employee-related tasks, and adhering to safety and company policies. The position involves physical activity such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds and requires effective communication and teamwork to meet quality expectations.

Job Requirements

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree preferred.

At least 3 years of related work experience preferred.

Ability to follow company safety and security policies and procedures.

Capability to maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.

Effective communication skills using clear and professional language.

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.

Physical ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods, and perform movements including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
