The position also includes supporting management in employee-related processes and adhering to company safety and security policies.
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree is preferred.
4 to 6 years of related work experience is preferred.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Ability to ensure proper food presentation, portion, and garnish.
Capacity to monitor kitchen supplies and maintain food safety logs.
Skills to assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
Ability to follow company safety and security policies and procedures.
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform duties requiring bending, twisting, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 pounds.
Effective communication skills and ability to develop positive working relationships.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
