
The Chef - Hot Kitchen/Pastry/Baker is responsible for preparing high-quality food and baked goods in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure timely service while adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic kitchen setting, focusing on hot kitchen operations, pastry, or baking. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
Culinary school diploma is a bonus.
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Familiarity with industry’s best practices.
Strong accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
