
The Chinese Banquet 1st Wok is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cooks and kitchen workers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring food quality and presentation while maintaining a productive kitchen environment.
In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards and that staff are effectively managed. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to communicate menu specials and manage inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Education at a technical, trade, or vocational school level is preferred.
4 to 6 years of related work experience are preferred.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Ability to follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
Strong communication skills to speak clearly and professionally.
