Job Description
In this role, you will engage with customers daily, preparing parts quotations and handling sales transactions. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts quotations with pricing, freight charges, and stock availability.
- Issue cash and credit sales documents accurately.
- Override parts pricing upon approval from superiors.
- Resolve customer problems promptly and efficiently.
- Track backorder parts and provide updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate daily cash sales records.
- Submit cash reconciliation journals to the Accounts department.
- Request credit limit release for sales orders.
- Maintain proper filing systems for documentation.
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
