Role Summary
The Client Financial Management role is responsible for supporting the CFM lead for Client Accounts and Engagements to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and drive profitability. This position plays a critical role in financial reporting and analysis, impacting the overall financial health of client engagements.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day financial management activities, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and compliance with financial standards. You will collaborate closely with various teams to track key metrics and support management reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CFM lead in managing client accounts and engagements.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP in all financial reporting.
- Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Track key client and engagement metrics for performance evaluation.
- Assist in preparing financials for internal management reviews.
- Monitor and manage engagement financial records and budgets.
- Advise management on financial decision-making based on reviews.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial compliance.
Experience in financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to manage engagement financial records and budgets.
Competence in developing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of working capital management.
