Job Description

As a Collection Advisor, you will engage with customers daily to address overdue payments and may conduct field visits as necessary. You will work in a dynamic environment where meeting performance targets is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
  • Conduct field visits to customer premises when necessary.
  • Issue reminders to customers to ensure account resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer relationships.
  • Report on collection activities and performance metrics to management.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in debt recovery or customer service roles is preferred.

Willingness to perform outdoor visits to customer premises.

Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.

Disciplined and result-oriented.
