Manage overdue customer accounts through phone calls and field visits to ensure timely debt recovery and achieve management-set targets.
We are seeking a proactive Collection Advisor to join our team in Alor Setar. You will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, conducting field visits when necessary, and issuing reminders to ensure account resolution. This role requires a high level of persistence and the ability to consistently meet daily performance targets set by management to support the company’s financial objectives.
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed daily and monthly collection targets.
Experience in debt recovery or customer service roles is preferred.
Willingness to perform outdoor visits to customer premises.
Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
Disciplined, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
