As a Collection Advisor, you will engage with customers daily to address overdue payments and may conduct field visits as necessary. You will work in a dynamic environment where meeting performance targets is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in debt recovery or customer service roles is preferred.
Willingness to perform outdoor visits to customer premises.
Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
