The Collections Manager is responsible for leading and managing the collections team to ensure efficient execution of collection activities. This role plays a critical part in monitoring and improving key collections KPIs while collaborating with various internal teams to resolve payment disputes and maintain client relationships.

In this role, the Collections Manager will oversee the daily operations of the collections team, ensuring that collection activities are executed efficiently and effectively. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with finance, sales, and legal teams to address payment issues and enhance collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the collections team to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor and improve key financial and collections KPIs such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts and bad debt.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment disputes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Support automation and process improvements within the collections function.
