The Communications & Media - Management Consulting Manager role involves supporting or leading delivery in small to medium-sized teams to manage consulting projects for global clients within the Communications and Media & Entertainment industries. This role focuses on developing value growth strategies for telecommunications, ICT, broadcast, entertainment, print, and publishing clients, supporting innovation and transformation programs, and engaging stakeholders to execute change plans aligned with business strategies.
Job Requirements
Ability to support or lead management consulting projects within small to medium-sized teams for global clients.
Experience in supporting or leading innovation transformation programs and process enablement.
Capability to develop assets, point-of-view documents, or white papers for use by the team and wider community.
Skills to support or lead proposals and business development as a domain expert in coordination with team members.
Experience engaging with stakeholders independently.
Ability to execute transformational change plans aligned with client business strategy and context for change.
Skills in facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering to elicit, prioritize, and validate business needs and objectives.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development implementation.
