
The Contract Associate Manager is responsible for supporting Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) and legal integration efforts across various regions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with company policies and laws while facilitating collaboration among legal and procurement teams.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve documenting, reviewing, and drafting various agreements and legal documents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide legal integration support and ensure contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
Experience in supporting M&A and legal integration functions.
Strong understanding of contract compliance and company policies.
Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized teams.
