The role requires collaboration with legal and procurement teams, providing legal integration support for acquired companies, training team members, and maintaining contract compliance.
Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex problems.

Capability to manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts.
Experience in supporting M&A, contracting, and legal integration functions.
Skills in documenting, reviewing, and drafting various legal agreements.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate with legal and procurement teams.
Competence in providing legal support and risk mitigation for acquisitions.
Experience in training team members and developing process documentation.
Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of contract compliance and company policies.
