The Contract Associate Manager is responsible for supporting Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) and legal integration efforts across various regions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with company policies and laws while facilitating collaboration among legal and procurement teams.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve documenting, reviewing, and drafting various agreements and legal documents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide legal integration support and ensure contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) processes and legal integration efforts.
- Document, review, and draft various agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to facilitate contract negotiations.
- Provide legal integration support for acquired companies.
- Train team members on legal processes and compliance requirements.
- Maintain contract compliance and monitor adherence to legal standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address legal inquiries.
