The Contracting Counsel Associate Manager in Accenture's Legal organization is responsible for coordinating and delivering legal, contract, and commercial counsel in support of the company's business. This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types of contractual agreements in a fast-paced corporate environment, working alongside senior contracting lawyers on complex contracts and deal structures, and acting as a knowledgeable advisor on legal and commercial risks associated with transactions.
